Water is a fundamental need for all life on earth…
Here in Idaho you know the importance of protecting our water resources. This is why when the House Resource & Conservation Committee came out with the Revised State Water Plan CVI took action.
The revised plan not only ignored important public input, it also denied climate change – undercutting the state’s ability to prioritize the impacts of climate change on Idaho’s water resources. It also removed language that prioritized the State’s involvement in Riparian habit and wetlands and the protection of endangered fish species.
You want to protect our water resources for the sake of the environment and for our children and grandchildren. CVI made sure the state considered these needs and adopted a water plan that considered all of these elements.
