From local non-profits to individual sportsmen, we need your help. Now is the time to stand up for Idaho’s outdoors, resist anti-access and anti-conservation legislators, and make a difference in your community. Stand with us by lending your experience and voice to your community.
By nominating a local leader, you open up a line of dialogue that strengthens and protects your own backyard, be it mountains, prairies, forests, rivers, or deserts. With local elections approaching this November, the time is now.
When you nominate a local leader, we will reach out to them through email, letting them know they’ve been anonymously nominated as a local conservation leader and why. It can be anyone – a friend, spouse, hunting or climbing partner, parent, local business owner, etc. – and if they are interested, we will provide them with resources and contacts to help them reach their goals.
Likewise, if you are considering a run in local politics, we’d love to hear your story – please email us at email@example.com
Our goal is to build a sustainable conservation leadership network throughout Idaho. The communities that accomplish this will be able to stand up to politicians who would take away access, pollute our environment, and sell away #ouridaho.
Feel free to reach out to that person and surprise them that it was you who nominated them! We will not spam them with emails or add them to any lists – our only goal is to get in contact with prospective local leaders.
Also, be sure to let us know if your current elected officials are not doing enough to protect our clean air, clean water and public lands. Your experiences inform our understanding of communities around the state, and we never turn down an opportunity to learn from our fellow Idahoans. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
