We are excited to welcome Megan Orthmeyer as our new Director of Development. As CVI’s new Development Director, Megan will be responsible for growing, cultivating, sustaining, and developing robust relationships with CVI’s donor network. She will work to significantly increase and diversify CVI’s Operations revenue and overall impact
Megan joins CVI with a diverse fundraising background, including fundraising for political candidates, and higher education with the Boise State University College of Health Sciences. She has also fundraised in the healthcare field with stops at Planned Parenthood, and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, prior to moving to Idaho in 2017. Her prior work has prepared her well to be a driving force at CVI to build relationships and further our mission strategically.
When Megan is outside of the office, she spends time listening to a good podcast, watching a sports documentary or Washington State University football game (Go Cougs!), and traveling. She enjoys being by the water and spending time with her husband, children, and her anxious but lovable German Shepherd.
