Eliza is a government relations and policy strategist with a decade of experience advancing clean energy and environmental priorities at the federal, state, and local levels. She began her career in Washington, D.C. with Congresswoman Annie Kuster and has since worked across the Mountain West, helping mission-driven organizations turn policy goals into tangible wins.
Known for bringing people together, Eliza builds broad coalitions and translates complex policy into real-world impact. Her work is grounded in protecting the places people love while ensuring communities have a meaningful voice in the decisions that shape their future.
