CVI and CVIEF Boards Accepting Nominations

Board of Directors

The Conservation Voters for Idaho (CVI) and Conservation Voters for Idaho Education Fund
(CVIEF) Boards of Directors are holding their annual nomination process to bring new voices into the leadership of our organizatino.

The Boards of Directors provide important governance oversight for our organizations. They
help to set strategic priorities, maintain legal compliance, and ensure the financial health of CVI
and CVIEF.

The CVI and CVIEF Boards meet six times per year on the third Thursday of the month at noon.
Board members are expected to attend a majority of the meetings, either in person or remotely.
Board members also serve on a variety of committees and task forces including strategic
planning, fundraising, finance, governance and endorsements (CVI only).

Board terms are three years and each Board member may serve up to two terms.
CVI and CVIEF seek diverse representation on the Boards in background, professional
experience, and location within Idaho. No prior board experience is required.
