Cece Osborn

Cece Osborn grew up splitting her time between urban Los Angeles and the rural foothills of the Southern Sierra Nevada Mountains. She is fascinated by urban-rural divides and invigorated by the potential of building bridges across cultures.

Nowadays, Cece lives and works as a City Planner in Blaine County, Idaho. She brings a keen focus on transportation networks and the influence that land use has on people’s movements. Cece enjoys the ongoing operations of local government, yet hopes to encourage and witness more equal and equitable representation across demographics.

Cece is eager to connect with her peers across the state, experience solidarity, and improve her ability to lead.
