Tatiana Morales is a 1st generation Mexican-American born and raised in Weiser, Idaho. She completed her undergraduate degrees at the University of Idaho and The InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico-San German from 2014-2018. Tatiana has a strong background in secondary education and post secondary education as she worked through high school in a variety of after school, tutoring, and teaching positions up until 2019. Now she is the Associate Director for the Idaho Women’s Business Center’s North Office in Moscow, Idaho. In her position, she works closely with women entrepreneurs and business owners across all of the state.

From a young age she’s been a nontraditional entrepreneur, while doing food sales with her mother to pay for extracurricular uniforms and conferences. In 2019, she was selected as a “Forbes Under 30” scholar and received a scholarship to attend a week-long conference in Detroit, Michigan to connect with hundreds of young entrepreneurs and business owners. Applying for the Boards of Commissions Fellowship Program is important to Tatiana because she understands the power of diverse collaboration on boards and wants to ensure that the interests of the Latinx community of Idaho are being voiced and considered. In her spare time she is building puzzles or robots with her son, cooking up a storm with family or painting to relax.
