2024 Mentor: Cieara Davis

Cieara Davis grew up in rural Idaho and Wyoming before spending most of her teenage years in Boise, Idaho where she went on to study Psychology and Strategic Integrated Communications at Boise State University. She then went on to move back to her hometown of Shoshone, Idaho where she focused on being a community builder and change maker through her work with the Shoshone Chamber of Commerce, Idaho Democratic Party, and the Lincoln County Democratic Central Committee.

With a background in communications, training and development, and leadership, Cieara enjoys building and working within respectful, inclusive, and innovative teams to create a forward-thinking world where all people can thrive. As the Program Coordinator at the Association of Idaho Cities, and its 501(c)(3) affiliate the League of Idaho Cities, Cieara continues to focus her work on elevating rural voices and motivating the next generation of Idahoans to get involved in the decisions and policy that influences their future.

Cieara resides in Southeast Boise with her partner and their beloved pups, Daisy and Maisie. She loves Taylor Swift, cooking new recipes, and baking for her small business. In her free time she enjoys reading, attending concerts & shows, cheering on the Boise State Broncos athletic teams, and spending time in the Idaho outdoors paddle boarding and camping.
