2024 Mentor: Cece Osborn

Cece Osborn grew up splitting her time between urban Los Angeles and the rural foothills of the Southern Sierra Nevada Mountains. She is fascinated by urban-rural divides and invigorated by bridging communities.

Nowadays, Cece lives in Blaine County and works as the Community Planning Director of the Wood River Land Trust. She is fascinated by how people engage with and are shaped by their environments, as well as how public funding, policies, and operations impact communities. Cece sits on the Idaho Walk Bike Alliance Board of Directors, and spends a significant amount of her time thinking about, navigating, and deepening her understanding of how the various levels of government can build collectively healthier futures across Idaho.

Cece is eager to connect with her peers across the state, experience solidarity, and improve her ability to lead.
