2024 Mentor: Caitlin Copple

Caitlin Copple is the Founding Partner at Full Swing Public Relations, a firm that works nationally to help underrecognized leaders be seen and sought after so they can reclaim their power and rewrite the human story. Caitlin’s work has elevated the stories of female founders, sold books, won elections, passed legislation in multiple states, and helped oust an Idaho lawmaker accused (and now convicted) of sexual assault. She has placed clients in a wide array of outlets such as CNN, Forbes, Fast Company, TIME, and many more.

Caitlin was the first openly queer person elected to the Missoula, Montana City Council and is an outspoken advocate for LGBTQ+, women’s, and BIPOC rights, especially in her home state of Idaho. She holds an M.A. in journalism from the University of Montana. She serves on the board of directors for Jesse Tree, a homelessness prevention organization. An avid skier and bad golfer, she loves exploring the outdoors, especially with her son, Tollie. Caitlin hopes to help build Idaho’s bench of diverse leaders and transform who holds power and influence in the state.
