Rosseli Guerrero was born in Jalisco, MX and came to the U.S. at the age of five with her parents. Her experience growing up as a daughter of immigrant parents and as a DACA recipient lead her to become involved in community/advocacy work. She is currently the Community Organizer Fellow at the ACLU of Idaho and has been actively working on uplifting and advocating for our immigrant community and other underserved communities through education, storytelling, and artivism.
She is also a first generation college student working on her Bachelors Degree in Secondary Education. In her spare time she enjoys doing photography and spending time with her son, who is her biggest motivation to continue working on creating an inclusive and safe state for all Idahoans.
Rosseli is excited to participate in this fellowship program and build new skills to better serve her community.
