Outside of her professional endeavors, Gabrielle and her husband Pedro own Snake River Creamery, a small business that crafts small batch, seasonal ice cream. Gabrielle is deeply passionate about her Latino and Italian heritage. Growing up in southern Idaho, she feels a strong connection to the Latino community and aims to promote their recognition and representation.
