2024 Fellow: Caitlin Dunne

Caitlin Dunne hails from California but has called Idaho home for almost the last two decades, she lives in Boise with her wife and a menagerie of pets.  She graduated from Boise State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and is currently pursuing a masters degree online in Data Science from Drexel University.

Caitlin works full-time at Micron Technology as an R&D Test Engineer in the Test Solutions Engineering group.

She applied for the program to better represent her identities while serving her community.  She is the chair for Micron’s Boise site PRIDE+Allies employee resource group chapter, which strives to promote a welcoming environment to help LGBTQ+ team members and their allies feel valued and supported as their authentic selves in the workplace.  She’s looking forward to learning new skills to better serve the community through participation on local boards and commissions.

In her free time Caitlin enjoys reading and spending time in Boise’s libraries, playing board and video games, and enjoying the Treasure Valley’s live performing arts.
