Bill Title

Public Lands, Access

Purpose

This bill is part of a strategy that supports state seizure of public lands. It presents a future where public lands are turned over to the state, and historically, the state has not earned out trust, even violating the constitution  to seize and sell off lands. This political move is not a strong enough protection when it comes to our most valuable resource: public lands.
